WordPress 07 – Elementor Templates and Blocks

Access the Elementor Editor

Access the Elementor Editor:

    • Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    • Go to “Pages” → “Add New” or choose an existing page to edit.
    • Click the “Edit with Elementor” button.

Using Templates

  • At the bottom of the left sidebar, click the folder icon to access the Elementor template library.
  • Browse through the available templates for different types of pages (homepage, about, contact, etc.).

Inserting Templates

  • When you find a template you like, click the “Insert” button.
  • Elementor will populate your page with the template’s layout and content.

Customizing Templates

  • After inserting a template, you can customize each element to match your branding and content.
  • Click on individual elements to access their settings and make changes.

Saving Templates

  • If you create a design you like, you can save it as a template for future use.
  • Click the green checkmark at the bottom of the left sidebar, then choose “Save as Template.”
  • Give your template a name and save it.

Using Blocks

  • In the Elementor editor, you can also use blocks, which are smaller design elements or sections.
  • Click the “Blocks” tab in the left sidebar to access the block library.

Inserting Blocks

  • Browse through the available blocks and click the “Insert” button for the block you want to use.
  • The block will be added to your page, and you can customize its content and style.

Using Elementor templates and blocks can significantly speed up your design process and ensure a consistent and professional look for your website. Experiment with different templates and blocks to find the ones that best fit your content and style
